GWO is proud to announce that Shanghai Electric has joined the organization as a new member.
Shanghai Electric is a company tracing back to 1902, and is currently the leading brand of China’s industry, and the largest manufacturer of steam turbines. Shanghai Electric Power is a subsidiary of one of China’s largest state-owned power generating groups, specializing in renewable energy. Nearing the end of 2016, Shanghai Electric Power had a 9.5 gigawatt installed capacity, and 29,293 employees as of 2017 for the whole of Shanghai Electric.
